Yes, of course! Apart from our Chokoreto meal replacement shake, all other TREMELLA products are not meal substitutes. TREMELLA products may help limit your snack intake and the portions you eat, however we still recommend a healthy diet consisting of fresh vegetables, whole grains and lean meats. Healthy eating habits enhances the overall effectiveness of our products.

Store all TREMELLA products in a cool, dry place (60℉-80℉ / 16℃ – 26℃).

It’s absolutely fine to take our Chokoreto meal replacement shake during pre-dawn meals.
However, we wouldn’t recommend you to take YUZU·Mi if you’re fasting for the day. Due to limited water intake, it may result in further dehydration, and we don’t want that to happen to you!

If you think your credit card was used to purchase something on our website without your authorization, please contact your bank immediately. Let them know that your credit card was stolen and they will assist you accordingly.

Sorry, we are unable to edit the billing address once you have successfully placed an order. Don’t worry! As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!
